Description

Based in our client premises in Prague, the Project Manager(s) will be under the day to day supervision of the Senior Account Manager. His (her) role will be the facilitation of the design process into the artwork / repro stream, in effect a Brand Services team member. His (her) skill base is a mix of process administration, project management and technical skills (Artwork, Reprographics and Print).

Utilizing the technology the Project Manager(s) primary function will be to orchestrate the pre-press activities in line with the critical path, to ensure all lead / launch times are adhered to.

Project Manager(s) key responsibilities will be:
* Direct Interface between client brand teams
* Facilitate the artwork and repro workflow
* Import / export files for correction or proofing
* Chase approvals
* Facilitate the technical input at briefing stage (design review meeting), assisted by Technical Services
* Ensure the integrity of the brief in line with requirements
* Ensure deadlines are met

The Implant will receive all concept artworks from the Design agency via ISDN / FTP or other portable media solution and will perform a pre-flight in accordance with the check list. Then artwork files will be either returned to the creative supplier.

All PDF proofs will be submitted using our on line approval system under the supervision of the onsite Project Manager(s). In the case of conventional proofs, they will be couriered to the implant and distributed by him to nominated client's personnel. It will be the responsibility of the implant to ensure that the sign off procedures and approval mechanisms are done within the agreed model and that the necessary documentation produced and included in the respective work flows. For any Project outside of the artwork / repro scope, it will also be the responsibility of the Project Manager to translate the client's needs into specifications that can be worked from by our teams. This also concerns IT projects.
