Your Responsibilities:
* Management of order queries and client escalations & disputes
* Cooperate with client's contact person / customers on revisions and updates within the process
* Communication with corporate customers in the respective countries.
* Cooperation with delivery teams across three continents
* Assist in identification of new business opportunities
* Cooperation with client sales teams in smooth delivery of products to the

Qualifications

* English at communicative level
* Near native level of other EU language Danish, Dutch, English, Finnish, French, German, Italian, Norwegian, Portuguese, Spanish, Swedish
* Secondary education or higher
* 1+ years of work experience, customer facing experience is an advantage
* Ability to learn quickly, Eye for detail, basic IT literacy
