Description
We are looking for a Business Analyst who will be using phone interviews to collect data from solar manufacturers. In addition to that, the suitable candidate should be able to organize market materials for the reports worked on and marketing those reports using various techniques. Furthermore, you will be in charge of training the sales team on the new designed reports and guiding their sales strategies. The next step after gaining enough experience would be to attend exhibitions around the world to promote our research reports to solar companies in addition to giving speeches at solar conferences. You will also have the opportunity to lead projects and formulate new report strategies. Finally, the position will also allow you to organize and undertake customized research projects.

It is important for us that our new team members are stable and happy, so we would like to point out a few potential concerns to candidates:
* Wuhu is a small city by Chinese standards (1,200,000 inhabitants) and is not a tourist hot spot. This means that unlike Beijing and Shanghai there are not many foreigners around, if you are expecting to hang around solely with Europeans your options may be limited.
* On the positive side the city is well developed and clean. There are some global supermarket chains showing food labels in English, and large department stores which make shopping easy. Living costs are around 1000-1500 RMB per month (100-150 EUR, it varies according to exchange rate change).
* Although there is only one English-language TV channel, the company has a DVD library with over 1000 DVDs for the staff to borrow. The company also has a 250m2 Fun Club entertainment area with various entertainment facilities for staff, family & friends to use.
Qualifications
* 2+ years of B2B telephone experience such as market research, sales etc.
* Ability to work individually and as part of a team
* Fluent in English
* Fluency in one of the following languages French, Spanish, Italian, German, Japanese, and Korean is a plus.
* Self-motivated
* Excellent communication skills
* Solar Technology knowledge is a plus
Note: Candidates must be willing to work on different time zones based on the projects they are working on; i.e. when undertaking research among European companies, staff will work 2pm until 11pm.
